Letraset - SQL Analysis Services

We were referred to Letraset by one of our suppliers following some problems which Letraset encountered with their SQL Server Database and Analysis Services OLAP cubes.

We provided specialist technical support combined with strategic assistance to help Letraset resolve these problems with their databases and avoid recurrences in the future. This included remote assistance to provide immediate support in response to an emergency situation, recovery of data and the rebuilding of a series of OLAP cubes. This was then followed up with a day’s on site consultancy to address further technical and strategic objectives.

We worked with Letraset staff to resolve other more general IT related issues in both the offices and factory, and assisted their Finance Director in developing and implementing a series of measures to improve the overall quality and reliability of Letraset’s systems.

Who are Letraset?

Letraset were founded in the 1960's in Ashford, Kent, and became famouse for providing transfer rub on letters for draftsmen. The invention of CAD and publishing software made them re-think their target markets and now Letraset provide creative designer transfers and high quality traditional drawing equipment.

There market has further diversified in to arts and crafts materials and particularly manga art supplies.
