Turner Warran Accountants
We were asked by Turner Warran to undertake two separate streams of work. Firstly to resolve several technical issues regarding one of their servers, and secondly to provide management and support to their own IT Staff.
Server upgrades - We sourced and installed a new RAID5 array and rebuilt their existing server to prolong the life of the system. We upgraded the network to 1GB throughout the Brigg office and also resolved long standing communication problems
between their Scunthorpe and Brigg which previous suppliers had failed to resolve.
We also undertook a thorough review of their system and working with the IT Department at Turner Warran developed and implemented a plan of action to improve their services.
Management support - Secondly we helped develop a series of planning and monitoring processes for their existing IT Staff to follow to assist them with their own day to day support work, and that of their clients.
We now meet with Turner Warran on a regular basis to help and assist their own IT Department with their work, and to help train and improve the quality of service in turn delivered to their clients.
